Clawtex is operated by Evans Studio Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. Clawtex provides structured memory and context management for AI agents via a hosted API and web dashboard. By using Clawtex, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. Do not share your API keys publicly.
You may use Clawtex for lawful purposes. You may not:
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are in GBP. You can cancel at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
You own your data. Clawtex does not claim any ownership of the state, events, or lessons you store. You grant us a licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for data loss due to service outages. We recommend exporting important data regularly via the API.
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which permanently removes all your data.
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
