When you create a Clawtex account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. When you use the product, we store the data your agent writes to our API: state entities, events, and lessons. We also store your Stripe billing information if you upgrade to a paid plan.
Your data is used solely to provide the Clawtex service. We read your events to perform lesson extraction when you request it. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. We do not train AI models on your data.
Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Billing data is processed by Stripe. Analytics are collected by Vercel Analytics (anonymous, no personal data).
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all data (agents, state, events, lessons) is permanently deleted immediately. If you cancel your paid plan, your data is retained but some features become restricted.

You can export your data at any time via the API. You can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page. For any privacy questions, contact us at info@clawtex.io.
We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session cookies). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
